Using a lookup field when making content conditional within a template
You must have highlighted the text or field to make it conditional.
Note: You cannot add an action of the condition resolves to False.
- To use a lookup, click the ellipses
after the object picklist.
A dialog box will pop up that allows you to select the object context in the left pane and the corresponding object field or extension attribute from the right pane. - Click the ellipses
after the value text box.
A dialog box will pop up that allows you to select the values. Select a value and click Ok.
You have successfully made selected text or a field conditional using the lookup feature in the Expression Builder within a Template.
