DocuSign Services for Users

Correct eSignature Request

You can correct the document you have sent for eSignature once you send it to a recipient. The View eSignature Document button enables you to view the signed document for an agreement or proposal, correct any issues in the document, and then resend it to the intended recipients.

You can check the envelope status for a DocuSign Envelope.

The DocuSign Envelope status related list enables you to correct the following:

  • Envelope ID
  • Envelope Status which states the overall status of the envelope.

To correct eSignature request

  1. Click the Agreements tab.

    or

    Click the Proposals tab.

  2. Select the appropriate agreement or proposal.
  3. Click View E - Signature Document.
  4. Make the appropriate changes in the document. You can add more documents to be signed, add more recipients, and edit the message that is being sent to the recipients.
  5. Click Next.
  6. To edit the fields, click Edit Fields.

    or

    To resend the envelope to recipients, click Resend.
