Configuring Default Email Templates
While performing various contract lifecycle actions, the users need to trigger email notifications to stakeholders who are expected to take action or to keep them updated about the event. You can configure one or more email templates with required content, and you can also configure one of the templates to be selected as the default for the users. The users can, however, change the email template selection if they prefer content from another template. To know more about how to create and manage email templates, see Managing Email Templates.
You can configure default email templates for the following contract lifecycle actions:

Send for Review (simple review and Microsoft 365 review)

Send for Signature (wet signature)

Activate contract

When the users perform the contract lifecycle action, the email template with the Default for Products configured will be displayed as selected by default. The user can change the selection if needed.
